Everything perfect.

Ordered online and did not receive a confirmation of the order. Public holiday and no information about opening times. Assuming that closed has been ordered elsewhere and then a delivery has been received. The pizza is ok but the service is rather modest.

As soon as we arrived we were told that it took at least 1 hour between ordering and receiving the food. This was said to you in a tone that was meant to give you the impression that you'd better not order! The lady in front of me replied that she had already ordered by phone and is only here for collection. When this customer was finished, the gentleman with the decisive tone disappeared towards the kitchen without comment. I waited after about 2 minutes, but nobody came back. Apparently in the kitchen you thought that the customer outside didn't understand what you just said in other words, namely that you shouldn't order because there was so much going on! This was definitely my last experience at TrePIZZE. Even if the owner speaks of fake as a reaction, I have only given facts from my visit on Sunday, October 18th, 2020 at 4:50 pm! Obviously, the owner cannot handle criticism when you see how everything is being ridiculed here, dismissed as "fake" or people are even threatened with "I know where you live" if you do not withdraw your negative review!

I haven't received a delivery after 2 hours and haven't been called. The claim was that they rang my doorbell and called. No one opened the door and I was at home all the time. Servis and contact friendliness very bad will no longer order a big mess I ordered at 2 p.m. they claim they were there shortly before 2.30 p.m. Making pizza and delivery together doesn't work so people are a big mess

People have no idea, the driver doesn't know where to go, I had to wait 2 hours and then called, they just gave excuses and then just hung up. So really under all sow, I can not recommend !!! Note from the owner's response: This is not a fake email or Google account, this is the honest rating of a disappointed customer. I just wanted a pizza for myself and a friend and instead I only got excuses that my address would not exist and much more.

Pizza was cold, wiped out, and poorly filled. The pasta was dry. Food ended up in the trash can. Never again!

The pizzas are very easy to order through the website, delivered relatively quickly, staff friendly and above all very tasty. Good solution to the hunger for pizza during the Corona period. One suggestion for improvement would be to indicate the size of the pizzas on the website, which saves an unnecessary call.

I ordered it because I thought it was Tripizza, but I noticed from the taste that the pizza couldn't be from Tripizza. haha Well-intentioned advice: Better do it with pizza. Don't lie to us customers on the phone with (it takes 45 min) although it takes 2 hours and then burned and cold. I would like to give 0 points. Never again

Excellent food. Made with love. Always on time and hot. We have been a customer from the start. No deterioration, but rather got better. Give 6 stars, the team really deserves it!

Best pizza in the area! But the other dishes are excellent! The pasta is always flavorful and the salad you get a decent portion. For the small hunger you get all salads in small - great service!

Super delicious Pizza. Really worth trying! Those guys know for sure how to make a pizza.

The boss is simply irreverent. He does not know how to talk to customers. I do not send out any customers with a wave of my hand because there's a lot going on while I'm still on the phone. The food is ok but nothing special. The boss should try to change his key to the customers. Is my personal opinion. NEVER AGAIN.

Possibly the best pizza in Wiesloch and surroundings, but at peak times the staff cannot cope with the amount of orders. Waiting way longer than announced or taking wrong orders is the consequence. Saw some other customers pissed with the situation too. Had to leave without my order after 1 hour waiting: not good! It´d be better if the staff won´t take orders when they have the feeling of being overwhelmed.
